The founder is a senior lawyer with extensive energy sector experience in downstream oil products, midstream and power and strong ability to create solutions in complex and continuously changing legal environments. Specific areas of practice have included experience in real estate, construction, environmental matters, litigation, intellectual property and extensively in corporate and commercial law all culminating in a focus on water rights in Alberta.

Water Rights Inc. collaborates with parties having the necessary expertise as and when required including alliances with Environmental Consulting Firms, litigation lawyers, mediators, landmen, and scientists.
